Mischa Barton - schoolgirl outfit

I posted some beautifully elegant shots of the gorgeous Mischa previously on the blog, but here she is in a decidedly different setting. In a scene from The OC she proves without a doubt that the schoolgirl look never goes out of fashion. With plaid mini-skirt and sexy pigtails she looks good enough to eat.

Carol Vorderman in pink corset

Carol Vorderman is something of a national institution here in England. She co-presents a long-running quiz show called Countdown, and also keeps her schedule busy with other presenting tasks, advertising, and putting her name to countless educational texts, Sudoku compendiums and diet books.

As she's got older she's also changed from being very dowdy into someone rather more adventurous and outwardly sexual. Here's one of my favourite shots of her. Ten points if you can guess why ;)

Charisma Carpenter in leather

Charisma Carpenter is best known for playing bitchy Cordelia in the iconic Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series. However, she plays another wonderfully manipulative character in one of my current guilty TV pleasures: Veronica Mars. Yes, I know I'm way too old to be in the target demographic, but I don't care, I just love the show. Even though Kristen Bell is wearing far fewer sexy outfits in season two, it's still worth a watch.

Imogen Thomas in PVC catsuit

Imogen was by far the best reason to watch the most recent Big Brother here in the UK. The former Miss Wales provided a stark contrast to the other contestants, who seemed to have been dredged up from the gutter or the local lunatic asylum. She didn't strip off, didn't try to have sex with every male housemate to gain popularity, didn't try to out-do everyone else's zany antics.

Of course, the fact that she was utterly gorgeous, too, was definitely in her favour.

Madonna - corset and pony play!

Madonna has been reinventing herself - both in her musical style and her appearance - for so long that I don't know whether she's actually person or product.

However, she's no stranger to controversy, and one subject that Madonna hasn't been afraid to broach is that of sexuality and fetishism. Whether she's just playing on our repressed desires or not, her stage shows are brazen and unrestrained. And speaking of restraint, Luiz sent in a link showing her in as a horse trainer (complete with crop and corset), playing domme to her dancers. Shame they're guys :(
