RL Update

My net connection is (crosses fingers) 100% now and I'll attempt to post much more regularly now. To cap all these technical issues, I've been ill for the past few days, so I haven't been up to doing much. Many apologies for the delays, but hopefully there won't be anything else in the wings waiting to scupper me ;)
